How It Works

We’ve refined our workflow over 25+ years to make sure everything runs smoothly—no surprises, no confusion, and no delays.

Step 1: Submit Your Request
Send us your paraplanning request via email or through your CRM. By the end of the next business day, you’ll receive an acknowledgement confirming:
• We’ve received your request
• The fixed cost based on your selected service
• The name of your assigned Plans Plus team member
• The expected date for the first draft delivery

Step 2: Confirm and Approve
Once you’ve reviewed the details, simply reply confirming you’re happy with the fee and timeline.

Step 3: We Get to Work
After your approval, we allocate the task to your paraplanner, who will begin work immediately.

Step 4: We Check In (If Needed)
If we need further clarity—whether it’s about strategy, client goals, or additional documents—we’ll get in touch before starting your SoA.

Step 5: Draft Review
When the draft is ready, it’s reviewed internally by a Senior Paraplanner or Paraplanning Manager to ensure it meets our high standards. We then send it over for your feedback.

Step 6: Final Revisions and Approval
Once you review the draft, let us know if anything needs tweaking. We’ll make any changes promptly and send back the final version for your sign-off.
