Nick Davis has been a trusted figure in the financial services industry since 1985. Over the years, Nick has held various senior roles, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities financial planners face daily. Before founding Plans Plus , Nick was the Business Development & Compliance Manager with AMP Financial Planning, where he gained valuable insights into compliance, business development, and the operational hurdles faced by financial planners.
As the director of Plans Plus, Nick continues to lead the business with a focus on providing flexible and tailored paraplanning solutions that suit the unique needs of each client. His extensive industry experience has been pivotal in shaping Plans Plus into the boutique paraplanning service it is today — a service that avoids the “one size fits all” mentality often seen in larger, more impersonal firms.
